Richard was one of the best fashion photographers of our time. And I just found out that Christie’s in Paris is going to auction off 60 of his photographs endowing philanthropy and supporting photography. One of my favorite photographs of his is Dovima with Elephants taken in 1955. I miss his vision greatly.
